Milestone Momentum was created in 2024 to invest in individuals' lives and leadership situations and small to medium-sized organizations. Coach Daniel saw the questions people had about life, the anxiety of so many people not knowing what life should or even could look like in the future. Many struggled in their current situations. The sheer volume of options paralyzed some. And others were just tired of the effort that didn’t seem to render results. To be honest, Daniel himself had many times thought about quitting.

After switching to a job that allowed Coach Daniel to reevaluate his life and ministry involvement, it became clear that he had learned -and, in fact, taught about- the truths and tools that would lead to a fulfilled life. He had taught about the spiritual disciplines for healthy mental health. He counseled people through touch situations and finally received counseling. He had taught classes on life and ministry in four different cultures and knew what one was supposed to do. But as life has it, he was knocked down a few too many times. Depression and mental resignation mixed themselves in with the struggles and temptations of life. A break was needed and trucking was Daniel’s way to get this break.

In his time as a truck driver, he slowly recalled and applied all these things that he had taught for three decades. With the help of a counselor, he recovered from traumatic events and toxic relationships. He leaned into his gifts and skills, finding confirmation of his knowledge in what he learned in Leadership classes while studying for his PhD. He developed a new passion for life and ministry. - And then came a time when he realized that it was time to impart these wonderful tools of life and leadership. Ergo, Milestone Momentum was born. Our goal is to provide coaching and a platform for tools that will empower people to move forward with passionate confidence.
